USER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: March 06, 2025.
Welcome to the website https://slavia.finance/ (hereinafter - the “Site”). This User Agreement (hereinafter - the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions of use of materials and services provided by the Slavia Finance (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By continuing to use the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. General provisions
1.1 This Agreement is a legally binding document governing the relationship between the Company and the User.
1.2 Use of the Site is possible only if you fully and unconditionally agree with this Agreement.
1.3 Company reserves the right to change the Agreement without notice to Users.
2. Rights and obligations of users
2.1 User is obliged to use the Site exclusively for legitimate purposes and to comply with the norms of the current legislation.
2.2 Prohibited:
- Use any automated systems to collect data from the Site.
- Post false, offensive or illegal information on the Website.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access.
2.3 When using the Website, the User is fully responsible for the safety of their credentials (login, password).
3. Rights and obligations of the Company
3.1 The Company provides access to the information and services of the Site on an “as is” basis, without guaranteeing their uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.
3.2 The Company has the right to change, supplement or delete the content of the Site at any time, as well as to restrict the Users' access to it.
3.3 The Company shall not be liable for possible losses incurred by the User as a result of the use or inability to use the Site.
4. Privacy and personal data
4.1 The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions Privacy Policy.
4.2 The Company undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties without the User's consent, except as provided by law.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1 All materials on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a direct offer to conclude transactions or financial advice.
5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of using the information posted on the Website.
6. Dispute resolution
6.1 In case of any disputes or disagreements, the parties shall endeavor to resolve them through negotiations.
6.2 In case of impossibility to settle disagreements through negotiations, the dispute shall be considered in court at the place of registration of the Company.
7. Final provisions
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.2 If one of the provisions of the Agreement is declared invalid, this shall not affect the remaining provisions of the document.
